The fact that it’s September already just blows me away. My summer was filled with painting, book arts, and mixed media. When art galleries and businesses started to reopen, I was thrilled! And then the reality of entering 4 spring/summer exhibitions sunk in, as each show takes 3 trips to that particular location. One to drop off the artwork, one to attend the Opening Reception, and one to retrieve the artwork. So Chuck and I decided to make each trip a fun excursion. First, was the Rogues Artists Group show at the Beloit Art Center, the 2nd was the WVA Artists Showcase at the Cedarburg Cultural Center, the 3rd was the Rogues Artists Group exhibition “Music to My Eyes” at the Jack Richeson & Co in Kimberly, WI, and the 4th was the WVA “Transitions” show at the Anderson Art Center in Kenosha. And let’s not leave out our 9th Annual Martini Girls Collaborative exhibition “Not So Much” currently at the Art Bar!
